Cancellation Policy

If appointments are canceled with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. Same day cancelations result in a 100% fee. This does not apply if the appointment is rescheduled for a later time, within 30 days. Please note that you may only reschedule an appointment twice, after which point the entire service amount will be charged, and you will no longer be allowed to book services with us.
